Yes. You might need a venue for a birthday dinner, a DJ for an engagement party or a planner to bring everything together. Tell us where you need support, and we’ll match your brief to the right people within the collective.

Yes. Our collection spans private dining rooms, restaurants, hotels, members’ clubs and country houses. Share your guest numbers, preferred location and the atmosphere you have in mind so we can narrow the search to spaces that suit the occasion. The collective also includes venue sourcing specialists, and we can introduce you to one who runs the search for you.

The occasion, your preferred date or date range, approximate guest numbers and a working budget. If you already have a venue or a few ideas, include those too. You don’t need a finished plan to start the conversation.

Yes. Our planners are as at home in Tuscany or on Lake Como as they are in London, and have planned weddings from the Amalfi Coast to the Greek islands. They know the villas, the local suppliers and how things are done there. Tell us where, and we introduce you to a planner who knows it well.

Yes. Every enquiry and introduction is handled in confidence as standard, and much of the collective’s work is never shared publicly. If you need more, such as a non-disclosure agreement or limits on photography and publicity, include it in the brief and we introduce members and venues prepared to agree to it.

Not to make an enquiry. The LIT/ME Club is our membership community, offering invitations to selected occasions, member privileges across London, and pages of the site kept for members.

Client dinners and hospitality, product launches and brand activations, awards evenings, leadership offsites, and summer and Christmas parties. Whether it is a board dinner for twelve or your whole firm in a ballroom, we introduce you to the venues, planners, performers and creatives suited to the brief.

Depending on the nature of your enquiry, we match you to the right company or freelancer within our collective and make the introduction. Your company then contracts with them direct: they agree fees and terms with you, and plan and deliver their part under their own contract.

Certainly. Each member and venue contracts with your company, so they can be onboarded as suppliers in the usual way, with your supplier forms, a purchase order and VAT invoices. Payment terms are agreed with each provider and confirmed before booking. List your requirements in the brief and we introduce people prepared to work to them.

Each member of our collective arranges their own insurance, licences and risk assessments. If your company needs a set level of public liability cover, certificates in advance or a risk assessment, include it in the brief. Each member confirms what they hold and supplies the documents to your company before you book.

Yes. Many companies host to a calendar: a client dinner each quarter, hospitality around the London Season, a summer party and a Christmas party. Brief us on the year as a whole and we can introduce the same people across it, so each occasion holds the standard of the last.

Name any further terms at the outset, such as a non-disclosure agreement or limits on photography and publicity, and we introduce members and venues prepared to agree to them.

Not to make an enquiry. Corporate membership extends the Club’s invitations and member privileges to named colleagues across your organisation, from the partners and directors who host clients to the people you want to recognise. The company holds the seats, and we update who holds them as your teams change.

To apply, choose Corporate on Join the Club and tell us how your teams would use it. Membership is subject to acceptance. The number of seats and any fee are set out in your membership offer, with one annual invoice to your company.
