/ About the Role

We're after an event producer who can own a room from empty floor to last guest out — private celebrations, corporate nights and curated gatherings across London.

This one sits at the centre of the house. You'll take an occasion from first brief to final strike — holding the client, the creative intent and every moving part in one calm point of contact. When the plan changes at 7pm, you change with it, and the client never sees the join.

/ What You’ll Do

Run an occasion end to end — brief, concept, budget, suppliers, run-of-show, on-site, wrap
Build and hold supplier and venue relationships, contracts and load-in/load-out timings
Own floor plans, production schedules and staffing rotas
Manage the night on the ground — crew, talent, security and service
Look after the client and VIPs, and solve the awkward moment before it reaches the room
Close it out cleanly — reconciliation, supplier feedback, lessons for next time

/ Who You Are

We care more about judgement and how you hold a room together than a CV full of titles. That said, here's what makes a strong fit:

A portfolio, or a deck of events you've produced, that we can look at
Real experience producing or planning high-end private or corporate events
The organisation to hold a dozen threads at once without dropping one
A sure hand with budgets, suppliers and logistics
The taste and nerve to make the right call under pressure
Comfortable around discerning clients, and discreet by default
Free for evenings and weekends across the London events calendar
