/ About the Role

LIT.ME Events is looking for Social Curators: people at the centre of their circle, who know which rooms are worth booking and which people belong in them.

You’ll put forward the restaurants, private dining rooms and members’ clubs you know first-hand, and the people you’d want at the table. Your portrait and your recommendations will appear in the LIT.ME venue guide, so readers know whose judgement they’re following.

It suits someone who is always the one asked where to book and who to invite, and who takes care over both.

This is an honorary role, not a paid one. There are no shifts and no targets, and you take part when it suits you.

/ What You’ll Do

What the role involves, whenever you choose to take part:

  • Recommend restaurants, private dining rooms, bars and members’ clubs you know first-hand.
  • Put forward people you’d like to see at LIT.ME occasions, and help shape who is in the room.
  • Introduce guests who should know each other.
  • Tell us when a room opens, changes or slips.
  • Sit for a portrait to appear beside your recommendations in the venue guide.

/ What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a following, but these things matter to us:

  • You dine regularly in Mayfair, at restaurants and members’ clubs, as a guest paying your own way.
  • A wide circle that trusts your taste in places and in people.
  • An instinct for which guests belong together, and the discretion to keep a guest list private.
  • Honest recommendations. If a venue has hosted you, you tell us.
  • Comfort with your name and portrait appearing on the LIT.ME website.
  • Aged 18 or over and based in London.
