LIT.ME is an events house. The collective is a circle of creatives, planners and performers in London — people who came together over the work, and who continue to work together because the standard holds.
We plan and produce private and corporate events end to end, as one house with one point of contact — a trusted bench of people who treat every occasion as their own.
Most of us have worked the same rooms together for years, and it shows in the parts nobody sees: the handovers, the timings, the quiet corrections made long before anyone in the room notices. Nobody here is drawn from a list of strangers.
The circle grows slowly and by introduction. Someone joins because the people already within it have worked beside them on a night that mattered, and would put their own name on the next one.

Those Who Find Their Craft in Service
We welcome people who find their craft in service. We look for a native sense of discretion and an instinct for what it requires; composure when an occasion becomes difficult, and the calm to hold a room.
We value the ability to plan a thing carefully and to improvise it gracefully, a genuine feel for hospitality and for the people in the room, and a reluctance to settle for the work as it was done last time.
