/ About the Role
We're after photographers and videographers who can walk into a room full of strangers and come out with the shot — across private events, corporate nights and club nights in London.
You'll document the house occasion by occasion — the room, the crowd, the booth, the details and the moments most people miss. You move through the night unobtrusively, attentive to the privacy of the people in it: present enough to catch it, invisible enough never to interrupt it.
/ What You’ll Do
- Shoot stills and film across private events, corporate parties and club nights
- Catch the room, the crowd, the booth, the details and the guest moments
- Turn a night around fast — reels and photo sets cut for Stories and Reels
- Shoot confidently in low and mixed light
- Edit and grade your own work (Premiere, Lightroom, Final Cut)
- Stay discreet around private guests, and keep what you see to the brief

We care more about your eye and your instinct than the logo on your camera. That said, here's what makes a strong fit:
- A strong portfolio in event, editorial, hospitality or lifestyle work
- The technical command to shoot fast in difficult light
- The sensibility to document a luxury occasion without disturbing it
- Your own reliable kit
- Quick, dependable turnarounds on both stills and motion
- Free for evenings and weekends across the London events calendar
/ What We Offer
A profile on the collective, free of charge — your work presented to the private and corporate clients who come to the house, with your own website and Instagram linked from your page.
And qualified leads for your kind of work: when a brief calls for photography or film, it comes to you. Pay is agreed for each engagement.
