diversity and inclusion.

Updated 21 October 2026

LIT/ME Events is dedicated to fostering a diverse workplace and is committed to equal opportunity. This page sets out what that commitment means for anyone who applies to work at the house or to join the collective.

1. Equal Opportunity

We assess every applicant on their work, their experience and their fit for the role. We do not discriminate on the grounds of any characteristic the Equality Act 2010 protects: age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

2. Applying and Interviews

Every open role is listed on our Join the Collective page, and every application comes through the same form. Interviews are held by video, so you can interview from wherever you are.

3. Adjustments

If you need an adjustment to apply or to interview, write to us and tell us what would help.

4. Internships

Every internship at the house is paid. The one exception is a placement that forms part of a UK university or college course, either through an officially sanctioned programme or as a credit-bearing module.

5. The Collective

Members of the collective are independent. Each one contracts with the client direct, on their own terms, so the house is not their employer. We vet every applicant to the collective on the same basis as every applicant to the house, and we introduce members on their fit for the occasion.

6. Contact

Send a question about this statement, or a concern about how an application was handled, to careers@litme.events.
