Roast Shoreditch

Roast Shoreditch is the second home of Roast, the British restaurant founded in 2005 in the Floral Hall above Borough Market. It opened in October 2026 inside Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch on Curtain Road.

The cooking follows the seasons with produce from British farmers, and the menu keeps the house signatures, among them pork belly and beef Wellington, alongside a halal Sunday menu. The kitchen is open to the dining room. Breakfast starts the day, afternoon tea runs through the afternoon, and live sets of soul and standards play in the evening.
