Pearl Mayfair

Pearl is The Beaumont’s standalone Mediterranean restaurant and terrace, opened in October 2026 at one end of Brown Hart Gardens, the raised garden that sits on a Grade II listed electricity substation across the way from the hotel. Culinary director Lisa Goodwin-Allen oversees a menu of small and large plates drawn from Italy, Spain and Greece, served from breakfast through lunch and aperitivo to family-style dinners.

The dining room is a circular pavilion with curved glass across the front, looking over the gardens to the red-brick mansion blocks of Mayfair. A three-metre light is set into its parabolic roof, the tables are topped in marble, and a five-seat bar clad in gold sits at the back of the room. The terrace, which The Beaumont modelled on Milanese piazzas and Riviera promenades, extends onto gardens newly planted to a design by the late landscape architect Nigel Dunnett.

Pearl takes exclusive hire for private dinners, celebrations, launches and fashion presentations, with bespoke menus from the all-day kitchen and bowl food or canapés for a standing reception.
