/ About
Carmelina’s is the Italian restaurant at The Webster, the hotel that opened on Lincoln’s Inn Fields in October 2026. The dining room sits a level below the square, with black-and-white tiled floors, burl timber panels, olive velvet booths and vintage artwork in interiors by the studio Red Deer. The room seats around 100, with an open kitchen, counter seats and a wine bar.
The restaurant was announced as the work of Daniele Pampagnin, Jake Mason and Carmela Pia, with Simone Serafini as head chef. The menu runs to handmade pasta, seasonal produce and seafood, and the evening drinks list is built around the Negroni and its variations.
The whole restaurant takes a buyout of about 115 guests. Upstairs, Al Banco, the all-day café-bar on a covered terrace, hosts parties of 8 to 20 over a seasonal menu of antipasti, handmade pasta, bistecca fiorentina and gelato, served to share at the table.
