/ About

Nettle is the rooftop restaurant on the fifth floor of The Conduit in Covent Garden, opened in September 2026 by the chef and farmer Will Devlin. He founded Acre, a group of restaurants across Kent and Sussex whose The Small Holding holds a Michelin Green Star, and much of what Nettle serves comes from his family's farm. The kitchen is built around a custom charcoal grill, and the seasonal British menu changes with what its farmers, growers and fishermen supply.

The dining room has dried-flower installations hung from the ceiling, dark timber tables, banquettes in moss green and shelves of preserves and ferments. Beside it sit the Pergola, an all-seasons space, and open-air terraces over the rooftops of Covent Garden. The drinks list leans to natural wine from independent growers, with seasonal cocktails alongside.

For a private event, the fifth floor is taken as the restaurant, the Pergola, or both together for up to 120 seated or 170 standing. Events run on selected dates through the year, with sharing feasts, plated dinners and canapés from the same farm-led kitchen.
