/ About

Soraya is the Pachamama Group's Persian restaurant on the corner of George Street and Loxton Walk, the largest of its London rooms and its first outside the group's Mediterranean canon (Nina, Bottarga, Zephyr and Lagana). The concept began as Soraya Abu Dhabi in 2024; the Marylebone site brings its contemporary reading of Persian cooking to a 6,000 square-foot corner plot with dual frontages, seating 190 across a set of connected spaces rather than one open room.

The interiors take their cue from Persian domestic architecture: layered rugs, worked metal, aged timber and a rotation of artwork and collected objects. An open kitchen and a long L-shaped bar anchor the main space, and the format runs all day, from saffron-laced breakfasts and Persian omelettes through to charcoal kebabs, flatbreads and sharing plates in the evening.

For private events there are two dedicated private dining rooms off the main floor, each carrying the same collected-object interiors. They suit intimate dinners and celebrations, with the wider restaurant available to enquire about for larger takeovers.
