/ About

Rosina is Adam Byatt's Italian restaurant on Bellevue Road, on the corner site overlooking Wandsworth Common that was long Brinkley's Kitchen. Byatt, the chef behind Trinity in Clapham, opened it on 29 June 2026 and named it after his daughter Rosie, who works in the kitchen as a pastry chef. Head chef Will Bee came from Lita in Marylebone and Paul Ainsworth at No.6 in Padstow.

The dining room is bright, with linen-dressed tables, sage green banquettes and an open kitchen. Byatt designed the interiors himself, and the flowers are by his wife, the florist Vicky Byatt. The Thorn Bar sits to one side, with booth seating and walls hung with David Steen portraits, and a terrace lined with olive trees runs the length of the site. The wine list is Byatt's own: organic and biodynamic Italian bottles, with a run of 2008 vintages for the year Rosie was born.

For a private table, the private dining room seats 14 and opens onto its own terrace, with a wine room beside it. It suits a long lunch, a birthday dinner or a family celebration a short walk from the Common.
