Fiume

Fiume sits on the river's edge at Circus West Village, Battersea Power Station, its glass facade opening the full length of the dining room onto the Thames. Chef Francesco Mazzei opened it in January 2018 as his third restaurant with D&D London (now the Evolv Collection), taking his cue from the Amalfi coast rather than the smarter end of Italian dining: cicchetti, handmade pasta rolled fresh each day, and stone-baked pizza from a wood-fired oven that anchors the open kitchen.

Macaulay Sinclair, the studio behind Hawksmoor and Dishoom, designed the interior around oak, marble and limestone. A long elm bar with a waney edge runs along one side; opposite, a feature wall in Chiaro Travertine stone backs a run of blue leather banquettes. Outside, a Mediterranean piazza-style terrace of olive and lemon trees looks over the power station's water gardens.

The restaurant takes exclusive hire for up to 100 seated or 160 standing, alongside smaller group dining in the main room or at the bar, a semi-private room (Riva) for up to 8, and the terrace itself for private groups. An events team handles enquiries directly, and screens and sound can be arranged on request for private bookings.
