/ About
Yú Gé is the Cantonese restaurant at Park Hyatt London River Thames in Nine Elms, opened in January 2025. Head Chef Eng Soon Yeo, who spent many years at Hakkasan, leads a kitchen that takes its cue from the imperial traditions of the Song dynasty: dim sum made by hand, Guangzhou-style roast meats, and a Peking duck carved at the table.
The restaurant seats 74 across a main floor, a semi-private area and two private dining rooms. One private room is set around a long table for up to 12. The other holds a round table for up to 10, with a lazy Susan at its centre for shared dishes. The semi-private area takes 8, and for a larger party the whole restaurant is available for exclusive hire.
The drinks list runs to Chinese leaf teas poured from a tea trolley, wines that include Chinese producers, baijiu, and cocktails built on Chinese ingredients. Lunch and dinner are served from Wednesday to Sunday.
