Mister Nice

Mister Nice opened on Davies Street in 2023, a contemporary French restaurant from JP Kley, who runs the members' club Nikita a few doors along. A passage connects the two. Victoria Vogel designed the interiors across two floors: white textured banquettes, dark velvet chairs and a mirrored bar at street level, then dark oak stairs down to the wine rooms and a bookshelf wall below. Javier Duarte, formerly of Barrafina and Seabird, runs the kitchen.

The ground floor seats up to 60 and takes a single long table end to end when the room is dressed for one party. Below it, the Salon du Chef sits away from the main dining room with an arched doorway open onto the pass, and holds 24 seated or 40 standing. Outside, the terrace is covered and heated all year, which makes it the rare Mayfair table that still works in February.

Exclusive hire runs to 100 guests across both floors. The restaurant has its own sound system, arranges live music, and can provide a DJ set-up on request. Brand dinners and launches take the rooms as often as private celebrations do, and a dedicated events team handles them.
