Pavyllon London

Pavyllon London is Yannick Alléno's first London restaurant, set on the ground floor of the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane with windows onto Hyde Park. Alléno is among the most Michelin-decorated chefs working today, and Pavyllon holds one Michelin star, awarded within months of its 2023 opening and retained in every Great Britain & Ireland guide since. The format is his idea of neighbourhood gastronomy: a long counter wrapped around a live open kitchen, and modern French cooking built on seasonal British produce.

The dining room reads as a series of connected spaces rather than one flat floor. Blue velvet stools line the counter that faces the pass; a curved dining room sits alongside it, anchored by a large green abstract canvas, and a sculptural central bar, Bar Antoine, holds the Allénotics cocktail collection. A spiral staircase and timber-panelled lounges link the ground floor to the private spaces above.

For private events, Pavyllon Privé is a dedicated dining room seating up to 40 beneath the Hyde Park windows, with its own private bar in the adjoining Allénotic Lounge. The two rooms open into one another for standing receptions of up to 100. A dedicated events team works with the kitchen and the executive sommelier to build the menu and wine around each occasion.
