Bar Antoine

Bar Antoine is the cocktail bar at the heart of Pavyllon London, Yannick Alléno's dining room inside Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. It opened in 2023 in the space the hotel's Amaranto Bar had held, and takes the chef's name for his late son. A circular bar anchors the room beneath a striped drum canopy, ringed by teal velvet stools, blue lounge chairs and fluted columns in a warm, low-lit palette.

The list follows a house idea Alléno calls Savoir-Boire, which translates the flavours and rituals of the French table into cocktails: a Croissant Old Fashioned, a Cornichon Martini, serves built around Comté and Dijon. The food is short, seasonal and French in the same spirit, and the room picks up after dark with guest-bartender takeovers and DJ sets.

An open-air terrace runs alongside, planted and lit for long lunches and later evenings; through the warmer months it lays out a pétanque court in the manner of the Côte d'Azur. Both the bar and the terrace take private bookings, from a standing reception around the central bar to a seated dinner outside.
