The Pine Bar

Tucked off the lobby of The Biltmore Mayfair on Grosvenor Square, The Pine Bar is the hotel's Art Deco cocktail room: floor-to-ceiling wood panelling, deep crimson velvet tub chairs, marble-topped tables under low rose-shaded lamps, and a long lit back-bar stocked with fine spirits, rare cognacs and a serious collection of whisky. The mood is dusk-lit and unhurried, closer to a private drawing room than a hotel bar.

The drinks list runs from bespoke signatures to the classics, poured alongside a menu of snacks and canapés. It sits within The Biltmore Mayfair, part of Hilton's LXR Hotels & Resorts collection.

For a private event the whole bar can be taken from early evening, giving a self-contained Mayfair room for a reception, a launch or a milestone celebration — intimate enough for a close guest list, with the hotel's events team handling the arrangements. Hire is by arrangement through the house rather than a published package.
