Kerridge's Bar & Grill

Tom Kerridge's first restaurant outside his Michelin-starred pubs opened at Corinthia London in September 2018, in ground-floor rooms of a building that first opened in 1885 as the Hotel Metropole, one of London's largest Victorian hotels. David Collins Studio kept the original grandeur — vaulted ceilings, marble columns, carved cornicing — and layered in Kerridge's own register underneath: burgundy leather banquettes, a visible rotisserie, and a dry-ageing cabinet built into the dining room wall. 'Steve', a full-size bronze figure by the chef's wife, Beth Cullen-Kerridge, presided over the main room and now stands in Georgie's Bar next door.

The kitchen serves Kerridge's take on British classics, with the rotisserie handling close to half the main menu. A separate wood-panelled private dining room, tucked off the main floor and lined with a working wine wall, seats up to sixteen around a single custom table, with sommelier service on hand.
