/ About
Jacuzzi occupies a former bank on Kensington High Street, reworked by Big Mamma into a four-floor Italian trattoria filled with Roman statuary, Murano glass and greenery climbing every wall. A lemon tree grows through the centre of the ground floor, ringed by red velvet booths and a marble bar. A staircase leads up to a mezzanine cocktail bar set beneath a retractable glass roof, and higher again to a green-panelled private room hung with vintage Italian fashion prints.
The kitchen serves Big Mamma's familiar repertoire at scale: fresh pasta made daily, wood-fired pizza, Italian caviar, a raw bar, and a whole wheel of pecorino carved tableside for the truffle spaghetti. It is built for groups and celebration rather than quiet conversation.
The venue takes a full buyout across all four floors, or the top two levels alone: the mezzanine bar and the boudoir above it, reached by the same staircase and self-contained for a smaller private event.
