Holborn Dining Room

Holborn Dining Room occupies the ground floor of Rosewood London, the Edwardian former Pearl Assurance headquarters on High Holborn, and keeps its own entrance on the street. Martin Brudnizki Design Studio dressed the grand brasserie in reclaimed oak, antique mirrors and red leather banquettes with tweed detailing, set beneath neo-gothic chandeliers over the original marble floor, with two copper-topped bars flanking the room. It has traded since 2014 as one of central London's landmark British brasseries.

The kitchen cooks seasonal British food built around its handcrafted pies, and the dining salon stays busy from breakfast through dinner. Off the main floor, the Gin Bar pours from one of London's largest gin collections alongside a full cocktail list, while the Pie Room, a working kitchen by day, becomes a private dining room for up to ten in the evenings. In the warmer months the courtyard Terrace opens for alfresco dining under a pergola.

For private events the brasserie hosts seated dinners in the Pie Room, receptions around the Gin Bar and full-restaurant buyouts, arranged through Rosewood London's events team. Its central Holborn address, dedicated street entrance and grand period setting make it a versatile room for celebrations, launches and corporate hosting.
