/ About

Clio opened on the corner of Chiltern Street and Paddington Street in April 2026, in the former Wulf & Lamb site a short walk from Baker Street. Executive chef Glen Ballis, best known for INÁ at Dubai's J1 Beach, leads the kitchen alongside head chef Louis Korovias, who came up through Locanda Locatelli and Pied à Terre. The menu is modern Greek with a wider Mediterranean reach: whole grilled fish from day boats, slow-roasted Cornish lamb, vegetables dressed simply in oil and lemon. General manager Fabio Lega, previously of Kensington Place and Hereford Road, curates a wine list built around Greek and Mediterranean producers.

The dining room reads as considered rather than showy — terracotta and olive tones, hanging greenery strung beneath a woven wicker chandelier, a marble-topped counter and open kitchen at its centre, a spiral staircase rising through the double-height space. Bentwood chairs in burnt-orange leather sit at marble tables on a herringbone floor, closer in feel to a Greek courtyard than a conventional dining room.

Clio takes private bookings from an intimate dinner to a full restaurant buyout, with the menu and evening shaped around the party's size and occasion.
