Rachel Zegler, an Olivier Award winner for Evita, gives a concert residency at @sohoplace in Soho from Tuesday 5 to Sunday 17 January 2027.

Zegler was 17 when Steven Spielberg cast her as María in West Side Story, chosen from some 30,000 auditions. Her screen debut brought her a Golden Globe, and she went on to lead The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes and Disney’s live-action Snow White. On Broadway she played Juliet to Kit Connor’s Romeo in Sam Gold’s Romeo + Juliet.

Her Eva Perón in Jamie Lloyd’s revival drew hundreds nightly to the street to hear her sing from the theatre’s balcony. The run closed with a nine-minute standing ovation, the longest in the Palladium’s history. Her last London appearances were a sold-out concert debut at the same theatre and Cathy Hiatt in a concert staging of The Last Five Years.

The residency is a concert rather than a staged production, built around her voice. Fourteen performances make up the run, and no seat in the house sits more than six rows from her.
