Oasis, the band of “Wonderwall”, close Live ’27 with six nights at Knebworth Park in Knebworth, Hertfordshire, from Saturday 11 to Sunday 26 September 2027. Richard Ashcroft joins them as special guest.

The band rose in Manchester around two brothers, Liam Gallagher, the singer, and Noel Gallagher, the songwriter. Creation Records signed them in 1993, and Definitely Maybe became the fastest-selling debut album in British history at the time.

On Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 August 1996 they played Knebworth to a quarter of a million people, around 125,000 a night. The park had already held Led Zeppelin’s last British show in their original line-up and Queen’s last with Freddie Mercury.

The band split in 2009. Liam Gallagher brought his solo show back to the park in June 2022, and Oasis reunited for Live ’25.

The six nights fall across three September weekends, and the last is the final date of the whole tour. Thirty-one years on, the band end the reunion on the field of the weekend that became the defining Britpop gathering.

Ashcroft returns as special guest after joining the final leg of Live ’25.
