The voice behind “All I Want for Christmas Is You” brings her Christmastime show to The O2 arena for its only London night.
Mariah Carey, the singer of “All I Want for Christmas Is You”, brings Christmastime to The O2 arena in North Greenwich on Monday 30 November 2026. DJ Suss One opens the evening.
Born on Long Island in 1969 to an opera singer and vocal coach, Carey trained under her mother. She was working as a demo and backing singer when she handed a tape to the head of Columbia Records in 1988.
Her 1990 debut made her the only artist whose first five singles all reached number one in America. Her five-octave range and command of the whistle register became her signature, and she has sold more than 220 million records.
Merry Christmas, released in 1994, remains the best-selling Christmas album by a woman. Its best-known song first reached number one in Britain in 2020, twenty-six years after release.
This is the only London night of her British run, and her first Christmas shows in the country since 2018. It follows the Christmastime residency she held at Dolby Live in Las Vegas last winter.
The set places the festive catalogue beside “Fantasy”, “Hero” and “We Belong Together”.
