Trèsind London

Trèsind arrived on Hanover Street in May 2026, the first opening the group has made outside its home cities of Dubai and Mumbai. The name folds the French très into Ind, and the cooking follows: a tasting menu that reads modern Indian through a fine-dining lens, with the Chaat Trolley worked tableside and a Khichdi of India built from twenty ingredients standing in for the country's states. Himanshu Saini leads the kitchen; Amit Bagyal, previously at Yaatra, runs the London pass.

The interiors are by 1747 Studio. The ground floor holds the main dining room, which seats under sixty, alongside a smaller private dining space. Downstairs sits a cocktail bar and a separate room set aside for tastings and private events. Terracotta reliefs of Indian landmarks, low light and hand-picked materials give the rooms an atmosphere closer to a members' salon than a restaurant floor.

For a private evening it works on two levels. The downstairs room takes a seated tasting or a standing reception, with the bar's regional-Indian cocktail list alongside; the whole ground floor can hold a larger group. It suits an intimate dinner, a product launch or a celebration, with a DJ to carry the room once the tasting menu is done.
