The BoTree opened in 2023 on Marylebone Lane, on the seam where Marylebone meets Mayfair, its facade wrapped in a sculptural canopy of brass branches and trailing planting that gives the hotel its name. It runs to 200 rooms under Hilton's Curio Collection, with interiors built around botanical pattern, strong colour and daylight rather than the hush of a traditional grand hotel.

Events sit across several distinct spaces rather than a single ballroom. The headline room is 77, a basement venue set over two floors with a bar on each level, its own street entrance that can be branded for the night, and a floor-to-ceiling LED screen. It holds up to 500 standing and is built for music, with a DJ booth, dancefloor and a full lighting rig. LAVO, the Italian restaurant from Tao Group, spreads across two skylit levels with an outdoor terrace and can be taken by the floor or in full for a dinner that carries on into the evening.

For smaller gatherings there is a self-contained Screening Room of 33 red-velvet reclining seats facing a cinema screen, with a private ante-room for drinks beforehand. Alongside it sit VIP suites with butler service and a Green Room that doubles as a performer's dressing room. Sound and any DJ setup are arranged on enquiry.

The Italian restaurant from Tao Group, spread across two levels with an impressive bar, two dining rooms and triple-height ceilings lit by skylights, plus an outdoor terrace and its own guest entrance. It can be hired by the floor or taken in full, and suits a seated dinner that moves on to live entertainment or a DJ. Seats up to 220 or holds 360 standing.
