/ About

The Biltmore Mayfair occupies a grade II listed Edwardian building on Grosvenor Square, one of London's most recognisable addresses. Opened in 2019 following a comprehensive restoration, the hotel sits within the building's original neoclassical shell while its interiors were entirely remade: 307 rooms, a pillarless grand ballroom, three banqueting suites, and a pair of private dining rooms that open on to corridors papered and panelled in the hotel's distinctly warm palette of brass, herringbone timber, and curated art.

For private events, the hotel offers genuine range. The 484-square-metre Ballroom is the centrepiece: pillarless, divisible into three sections, with a built-in LED wall, configurable coloured ambient lighting, and a private foyer that stands alone as a reception space for up to 250 guests. The Pine Bar operates as an intimate cocktail lounge with deep crimson velvet seating and Art Deco panelling, and is available for exclusive hire. The Manhattan Suite and Waterloo Suite sit at the other end of the scale, suited to dinners and celebrations of 40 to 70 guests, with the Waterloo Suite adding a private outdoor terrace onto Adam's Row.

Two private dining rooms complete the private-hire portfolio. The Chairman's Suite seats 14 around a single long table beneath a crystal chandelier, with herringbone dark wood floors and original artworks on each wall. The Blue Room, by contrast, is entirely self-contained with soundproofed walls hung with ocean-themed pieces, an oval table, and dimmable central lighting. Events catering covers British, Asian, and Middle Eastern menus, with kosher and halal options available. The hotel holds multiple licences and the events team manages load-in, AV, and on-site coordination.
