Seed Library

Seed Library is the basement cocktail bar at One Hundred Shoreditch, run by Ryan Chetiyawardana, the bartender known as Mr Lyan, and his team. It opened in March 2022, a return to East London for the team behind White Lyan, which opened in 2013.

The room was designed by Lore Group's creative director, Jacu Strauss, with panelled wood, burnt-orange furniture and handmade tapestries. The approach is deliberately analogue. The drinks list is short and changes often, built on fresh takes on classic cocktails, and the music is played on vinyl, with DJs on Friday and Saturday nights.

For a private party the hotel's events team offers anything from a group booking to a takeover of the whole bar. The space covers 203 square metres and takes up to 150 guests for a standing reception. It is open to guests over 18.
