Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High occupies level 60 of 22 Bishopsgate, the second-tallest tower in Britain, which makes it the highest restaurant in Europe. It is a single counter of twelve seats set against floor-to-ceiling glass, turned to face the city rather than the open kitchen behind it: the room looks out over the Thames, Canary Wharf and the sprawl of London beyond. One sitting is served each evening, Tuesday to Saturday, so the whole room moves together through a surprise tasting menu.

The cooking comes from the team behind Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, the three-Michelin-starred flagship in Chelsea, and in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide High earned a star of its own under head chef James Goodyear. The interior is dark and low-lit against the daylight and dusk outside, with cascading glass chandeliers, patterned stone flooring and tan leather seats drawn up to a marble counter.

For private occasions the restaurant can be taken exclusively, its twelve seats given over to a single party for a carte blanche menu built by the kitchen. It suits a milestone dinner, a close celebration, or high-end corporate entertaining where the view and the address carry the evening. Hire is arranged directly with the events team.
