/ About

Miyako is the Japanese restaurant of Andaz London Liverpool Street, a short walk from Liverpool Street Station. Head Chef Kosei Sakamoto, who comes from Kyushu in southern Japan, runs a kitchen built on sushi, sashimi and teriyaki, with temaki, tempura and chirashi bowls beside them and a sake list that runs hot, cold and sparkling.

Miyako dates from the Great Eastern Hotel years and is the only one of its restaurants to stay on when Hyatt relaunched the building as an Andaz.

Miyako seats 28 and is let whole for private dining, client dinners and celebrations. The kitchen writes sushi, sashimi and teriyaki menus for the occasion, with a sake selection to go with them.
