Norma occupies a Charlotte Street townhouse in Fitzrovia, serving Sicilian cooking shaped by the island's Moorish and North African history. The kitchen works in a family-style, feasting register (sharing plates built on Sicilian produce), and the restaurant holds two AA Rosettes. Its rooms climb three floors: a ground-floor atrium lined with wine shelving and framed pictures, a first-floor bar of red banquettes and marble-topped tables, and a top-floor private dining room.

For private events, the top-floor room seats up to fourteen and suits dinners, celebrations and receptions, while the bar and atrium open up for larger gatherings. In warmer months the pavement terrace runs along Charlotte Street under a striped awning. The setting is warm and characterful rather than formal, which is what makes it work for a relaxed, music-led evening.
