Mauro Colagreco

Mauro Colagreco holds a Michelin star on the ground floor of Raffles London at The OWO, the restored Old War Office on Whitehall. It is the London home of Mauro Colagreco, the chef behind three-starred Mirazur on the French Riviera, and its cooking is built around British terroir: more than seventy varieties of fruit and vegetable, grown across the UK, are listed ahead of everything else on the menu.

The dining room reads as quiet and comfortable rather than grand, with plush carpet, deep drapes and banquette seating beneath a pair of chandeliers. Botanical studies line the panelled walls, and tall windows look onto Whitehall. It seats around fifty and can be taken for exclusive private use.

Private dining centres on Mauro's Table, an intimate room for up to twenty set around a single table with an open show kitchen, tucked into one of the building's rounded corners above Whitehall. Events are arranged through the Raffles team, who also handle the wider restaurant buyout.
