Maslow's Kensington

Maslow's opened its third London house in June 2026, taking two floors of The Kensington Building on Wrights Lane, opposite High Street Kensington station. Where its Fitzrovia and Soho houses lean toward the social, the Kensington outpost is built around work and wellbeing in the same breath: a ground-floor Gallery with an open fire and a rotating art wall, a communal Living Room table, private studies for teams of up to forty, a members' café, gym and Pilates studio, and a plant-filled breakout room known as The Den.

Hire runs through Maslow's events team and does not require membership. The house's one dedicated event space is Thurloe & Lexham, a pair of first-floor meeting rooms behind a retractable soundproof partition that opens into a single boardroom seated for twenty, with video conferencing, adjustable lighting and air conditioning built in. Individually, Thurloe, Lexham, Holland, Wrights, Pembroke and Abingdon hire as smaller private rooms of six to ten.

The register here is boardroom and workshop rather than reception or party — a house for brand launches, panel talks and client meetings more than an evening's entertaining. It sits alongside Maslow's Mortimer House and 1 Warwick, both established London social houses; Kensington is the newest and, for now, the quietest of the three.
