La Dame de Pic London is Anne-Sophie Pic's only restaurant in the UK, set inside Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, the former Port of London Authority headquarters beside the Tower of London. Pic brings the cooking of four generations of her family to the City, built on unexpected pairings of scent and flavour. It holds two Michelin stars.
The 45-cover dining room is relaxed and contemporary. Mirror-clad pillars and tall windows fill it with daylight, tan leather banquettes line the walls, and white plaster reliefs of flowers hang above them. The tasting menus run to Aperçu, Découverte and Voyage, with the house signatures in place: Les Berlingots, pasta parcels of wild mushroom and bergamot; wild seabass with caviar, a Pic family dish since 1971; and the white millefeuille.
For a private occasion, the Private Dining Room seats up to 12 around one large central table, with its own bar, a five-course menu of signature dishes and wine chosen by the sommelier team.
