Chronotopic is the largest Gabriel Orozco the gallery has mounted, and Briony Fer has structured it as what Orozco calls a chrono-nautical log: a record of observations and associations rather than a chronology. Over a hundred works are set against one another across sculpture, painting, photography, assemblage and works on paper, new pieces beside existing ones. The preview is on Tuesday 15 September 2026, six until eight, the evening before the show opens, and it lands on three anniversaries at once — ten years of the Orozco Garden at the South London Gallery, twenty since his first show with White Cube at Mason’s Yard, and thirty since the ICA gave him his first London solo. The exhibition then runs to 8 November, which takes it through Frieze week and out the other side.
