Ashton Kutcher and Evan Peters brought The Beauty, Ryan Murphy’s thriller about a virus that confers physical perfection, to Leicester Square for its UK premiere.
Disney+ held the UK premiere of The Beauty, Ryan Murphy’s body-horror thriller for FX, at the Odeon Luxe West End in Leicester Square on Friday 16 January 2026. Evan Peters and Ashton Kutcher led the cast.
Peters was born in St Louis in 1987 and moved to Los Angeles at 15 to act. Murphy cast him across ten seasons of American Horror Story, and Dahmer won him a Golden Globe. Mare of Easttown had already brought him an Emmy.
Kutcher, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in 1978, became famous as Michael Kelso in That ’70s Show. He created and hosted Punk’d, led Two and a Half Men and invests in technology companies.
Murphy created the series with Matthew Hodgson from the comic book by Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley. Supermodels begin dying, and two FBI agents, played by Peters and Rebecca Hall, trace the deaths to a sexually transmitted virus that confers physical perfection. Kutcher plays the billionaire known as The Corporation, who engineered the drug.
Anthony Ramos, Jeremy Pope and Jessica Alexander joined Murphy, Hall and the leads on the carpet. Sarah-Jane Crawford hosted a Q&A, and the series began on Disney+ on Thursday 22 January.
