England v New Zealand, Nations Championship 2026

Saturday, 21 November 2026 Allianz Stadium · Twickenham

England meet New Zealand at Twickenham in their last home pool match of the first Nations Championship, a year after beating the All Blacks 33-19 at the ground.

New Zealand return to Allianz Stadium in Twickenham on Saturday 21 November 2026 for the last of England’s three home pool matches in the first Nations Championship.

Sold-out Tests against New Zealand and South Africa at Crystal Palace persuaded the Rugby Football Union to buy the Twickenham site in 1907. The stadium opened in October 1909.

Six Nations Rugby and SANZAAR created the new tournament as a biennial competition for the years without a World Cup or a Lions tour. It brings the six European nations together with Australia, Argentina, New Zealand and South Africa, plus Japan and Fiji as invited sides.

Each team plays all six sides from the other group across the July and November windows. In 2026 these pool matches take the place of the Autumn Nations Series.

England play Australia on 8 November and Japan on 14 November first. All three results count towards the table that sets England’s opponent on the Finals Weekend at Twickenham.

When the sides last met here, in November 2025, England came from 12-0 down to win 33-19. It was their first win over New Zealand at Twickenham since 2012.
