The Decorative Fair, Winter 2026

20 – 25 January 2026 Evolution London · Battersea

The Decorative Fair’s winter edition filled Battersea Park with some 130 dealers in January 2026, a mezzanine of antique rugs and a first-time exhibitor with a dinosaur skull.

Around 130 dealers took stands at Evolution London in Battersea Park for the Decorative Fair’s winter edition, from Tuesday 20 to Sunday 25 January 2026.

The fair was established in 1985 and is still family-owned. It moved to Battersea Park in 1997, and its first edition there, in two canvas marquees, was the first event on the site. Its success shaped the semi-permanent hall that followed.

Interior designers, decorators, collectors and private buyers make up its audience, and each edition draws more than 10,000 visitors. Many come for the room sets, in which dealers dress their stands to show how a single piece might sit inside a house.

Each of the three yearly editions takes its character from the season. Winter is the one for modernist and period lighting, mirrors, studio glass, crystal and silver.

The 2026 dateline ran from the 1700s to the 1970s. The London Antique Rug and Textile Art Fair again took the mezzanine, with 15 specialists in carpets, tribal weaving and antique textiles.

EXOB, at its first Decorative Fair, announced primitive antique furniture beside natural history, including a fossilised dinosaur skull and a piece of the moon.
