Conor Benn v Chris Eubank Jr II

Saturday, 15 November 2025 Tottenham Hotspur Stadium · Tottenham

Conor Benn reversed his April defeat to Chris Eubank Jr, ending a family rivalry that began when their fathers first fought in 1990.

Conor Benn beat Chris Eubank Jr by unanimous decision at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in Tottenham on Saturday 15 November 2025. The win reversed the result of their first fight in April.

The rivalry is a generation older than either man. Chris Eubank beat Nigel Benn on 18 November 1990, and the fathers drew their rematch three years later.

Eubank Jr, born in Hove and mentored by his father, won the first meeting between the sons on points at the same stadium in April. Benn, born in London, had boxed at welterweight and moved up two divisions to make both fights.

Benn said afterwards that he had taken too much emotion into the first fight. It came after a wait of two and a half years to lift his suspension over failed drug tests in 2022. He returned with a more composed plan, mixing pressure with selected shots.

Benn built a wide lead and put Eubank down twice in the twelfth round. He then named the WBC welterweight champion, Mario Barrios, as his next target. It was the first win by a Benn over a Eubank, a result Nigel Benn never managed in two fights with Eubank’s father.
