/ About
Willett's is the ground-floor restaurant of The Cadogan, a Belmond hotel, set where Chelsea meets Knightsbridge and Belgravia on Sloane Street. It opened in April 2026 in the 1887 townhouse the Willett family built, and takes their name. The room is a neighbourhood British bistro: seasonal produce, classic recipes and an all-day rhythm that runs from breakfast through to a late dinner.
The kitchen is led by executive chef Michael Turner, who spent thirteen years with the Gordon Ramsay Group, latterly at the Savoy Grill. His cooking is ingredient-led and unfussy, built on relationships with growers and suppliers across the UK, with meat and fish specials each day and sharing-style Sunday lunches. An open kitchen and an eight-seat Chef's Counter put the pass in view of the room.
Studio Shayne Brady's refurbishment draws on the area's market-garden history, in a heritage palette of greens and blues over the original 1887 herringbone floor, with sculptural pendants, antique mirrored panels and brass detailing. The restaurant seats forty-four, alongside a bar and a sixteen-seat terrace facing Sloane Street. There is no separate private dining room; private events are hosted at the Chef's Counter, at the restaurant's largest table for up to ten, or by taking the room in full. Enquiries route through the house.
