The Lanesborough Grill

The dining room at the heart of The Lanesborough is one of London's grand hotel restaurants, set beneath a domed glass roof that fills it with daylight and, by night, the glow of chandeliers. Wedgwood-blue Adam-style plasterwork and neoclassical friezes run above the columns, a Regency interior kept much as it has been for two centuries. It opened as The Lanesborough Grill in April 2022 in the room that previously held Céleste, and is led by executive chef Shay Cooper.
The cooking is modern British, with Coronation crab salad, Beef Wellington and Dover sole among the signatures; on Friday evenings the Harry Brunt Trio play live jazz. The room takes private hire for dinners and receptions, laid beneath its central chandelier with the Oetker Collection service the hotel is known for. It sits at Hyde Park Corner, where Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Mayfair meet.
