/ About
On the tenth floor of The Emory, Maybourne's all-suite hotel in Belgravia, the rooftop bar occupies one of two glass pavilions that crown the building. Rémi Tessier dressed the room in caramel leather and marble and wrapped it in floor-to-ceiling glass, so the view (Hyde Park below, the London skyline beyond) reads as the room's defining feature. Low tables and a long marble counter sit beneath a curved ceiling, and the light turns the space over completely between afternoon and night.
The drinks come from Renato 'Tato' Giovannoni, the acclaimed Argentine bartender. His menu, The View, runs to twelve signature cocktails served with seasonal small plates, and the bar keeps a no-reservation policy that lets the crowd build through the evening.
For a private event, the whole pavilion is available for exclusive hire, holding around 60 guests standing or 24 seated. It is a self-contained room high above Belgravia with an uninterrupted outlook over the park, well suited to an intimate reception or a DJ-led evening. The bar sits within The Emory and shares the hotel's arrival and service.
