/ About

Mayha is an eleven-seat omakase counter tucked behind a discreet doorbell on Chiltern Street in Marylebone. Guests ring to enter, then settle at a single curved counter of pale wood that wraps an open kitchen, where the chefs work within arm's reach. The room is low-lit and hushed, its ceiling hung with a canopy of blossom-like lights, closer in feel to a private dining room than a restaurant floor.

The cooking is a seasonal chef's-choice progression that changes with the market and the rhythm of the evening, moving through sushi, sashimi and grilled courses. It is a format built on trust between the counter and the guest, and the intimacy of eleven seats is the point. Mayha has been listed in the MICHELIN Guide since 2023.

For private events, the counter is taken as a whole-venue buyout: a self-contained room for a small, seated gathering with the kitchen performing in full view. It suits a milestone dinner or a closed-door celebration where the food and the setting carry the evening.
