Latine opened in June 2026 on Lancashire Court, the cobbled Mayfair passage off New Bond Street that previously housed Mews of Mayfair. The kitchen is led by executive chef Francisco Lafee, whose CV runs through El Celler de Can Roca and Central, and the cooking sets classic French technique against Latin American ingredients. Seafood anchors the ground floor, where the main restaurant sits alongside a crudo bar and a champagne terrace that opens onto the courtyard.

The building works across three floors. La Candela, on the first floor, is a restaurant and lounge that turns to cocktails, champagne and a resident DJ as the evening goes on. Above it, El Cielo is a hand-painted private dining room seating up to twenty, with a marble fireplace and a woodland mural; it takes around forty for a standing reception. A late-night bar, LACAV, follows on the lower floor.

For private events the appeal is the range within one address: an intimate top-floor room for a seated dinner, a first-floor lounge already built for music, and the option to take the ground floor and terrace together. The wine list is overseen by Romain Audrerie, formerly of The Savoy.
