/ About
Estiatorio Milos brought Costas Spiliadis's Greek seafood cooking to London in the former British Columbia House on Regent Street St James's, a short walk from Piccadilly Circus. Behind the building's tall wooden doors, the dining room is arranged around the fish counter the group is known for: whole Mediterranean catch laid out on ice, chosen by the guest and cooked simply. Coffered ceilings, black marble and sepia photographs of the Greek islands set an elegant, unhurried tone.
The restaurant lends itself to private events across several distinct spaces. A Private Dining Room seating twenty sits beside the wine cellar; a Balcony overlooks the main floor; and the Mezzanine, the most flexible room, seats up to a hundred or holds a hundred and fifty for a reception. For larger occasions the whole restaurant is available, seating two hundred or receiving four hundred standing.
It is a serious choice for a seated dinner or a standing celebration in St James's, with an in-house kitchen and an events team that plans each booking directly.
