/ About
Dim Sum Library is the international debut for Aqua Restaurant Group's Hong Kong-born concept, opened on Covent Garden's Long Acre in January 2026. Chefs work an open counter, hand-folding wagyu beef puffs, black truffle har gau and dan dan xiaolongbao in view of the room: modern Cantonese dim sum built on a Hong Kong original, a short walk from the Royal Opera House and Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
The ground floor holds the open kitchen and a proper bar, its tea-led cocktail list built around real tea leaves rather than syrups — a Sichuan-pepper and mezcal Smoky Sichuan, an oolong-infused Mango Oolong, a whisky and salted pu-erh Pu-erh Mandarin. Upstairs, the first floor seats beneath a gallery wall of dim sum photography and a mirrored wine display, light-filled by day and set for private lunches or standing receptions.
The whole venue takes exclusive hire across both floors, with room for live music and DJs. The first floor can be booked separately for a smaller private event, and a section of its dining room is available for group bookings without a full buyout.
