The Dandy Bar occupies the ground floor of The Mayfair Townhouse, a row of 15 connected Georgian townhouses on Half Moon Street. Designed by Goddard Littlefair and lit by Northern Lights, the bar's centrepiece is a bespoke gantry of 180 hand-blown glass pieces, each moulded with feather details and gold-leaf accents set into a bronze frame. Below it: a marble-top counter, leather barstools, herringbone parquet, and a champagne fridge display running the length of the back wall.
The room draws its brief from Oscar Wilde and British Dandy culture — theatrical without being showy, private-club in feel without the formality of membership. Mirrored ceiling panels, mushroom table lamps, and velvet lounge seating fill the floor space around the bar. The mood shifts between all-day dining and an atmospheric evening venue suited to receptions and private celebrations.
For private hire, the Dandy Bar takes up to 40 guests for seated dinner or 60 for a standing reception. The Lower Ground, directly below, extends the footprint with three interconnecting spaces — Club Room 1, Club Room 2, and The Den — each bookable separately or in combination for larger gatherings. Events are staffed in-house; external catering is not permitted. A music licence is held, and the bar can bring in a DJ for evening events.

PrivateA versatile lower-ground event space with eclectic portraiture on the walls, red-lit shelving niches, red leather banquettes, and herringbone floors. Connects through to The Den, the Pantry Club, and Club Room 2 for larger configurations. Suits receptions, seated dinners, and social events for groups of up to 75.
Club Room 2
PrivateThe larger of the two lower-ground rooms, with a hand-painted Green Park mural spanning one wall, a tasselled ring chandelier, and art-deco mirror panels. Suitable for seated dinners up to 50 in rounds or banquet format for up to 35. Connects to Club Room 1 and the Pantry Club for combined-space events.

Exclusive HireThe main bar floor available for exclusive evening hire. Mirrored ceiling panels with geometric white framing, the signature hand-blown glass gantry overhead, leather seating, and a marble bar counter backed by a full spirits and champagne display. Fits 40 for seated dinner or 60 for a standing reception.
The Den
Semi PrivateA compact, semi-private room with fox-motif wall details on the lower ground. Suited to intimate dinners, private meetings, or a breakout space alongside the club rooms. Capacity is 14 seated.
