/ About
Claude Bosi at Bibendum occupies the first floor of Michelin House, the tiled 1911 building on Fulham Road that was once the British headquarters of the Michelin tyre company. The Lyon-born chef opened here on 29 March 2017, and the restaurant holds two Michelin stars. The cooking is French and served à la carte, with a tasting menu for those who want one and a 1928 carvery trolley wheeled to the table.
The dining room is tall and filled with daylight. A glass barrel roof runs its length, stained-glass windows of the Michelin Man sit at either end, and the tables are dressed in white linen on a deep blue carpet with grey velvet chairs.
Downstairs, the Oyster Bar is the building's more casual room: rattan bistro chairs, white-tiled walls, an oyster counter and open kitchens, with the florist trading at the entrance under the ironwork canopy. The full restaurant is available for private hire.
