Butlers Restaurant

Butlers is the restaurant of The Chesterfield Mayfair, the Red Carnation hotel at 35 Charles Street. The hotel calls it a warm, intimate room, and it draws as many local residents as hotel guests. Its signature is Dover sole, filleted at the table.

The kitchen, led by the hotel’s Executive Chef, cooks organic, seasonal British produce with international touches: smoked salmon from H. Forman & Son, which the hotel describes as London’s oldest smokery, roasted Orkney scallops and Devonshire chicken. The menus change with the season.

The whole restaurant can be hired for a private lunch, dinner or celebration, seating 100 guests or taking 150 for a standing reception. Private menus come from the hotel’s chefs and run from canapés to multi-course dinners, and the hotel’s events team arranges the occasion.
